Some of what you see here is sample content. While the community forms, part of the members, reviews, ratings and discussions are seeded examples. Every one is badged Sample, and they do count towards the totals on this site. Vendor pages, the security data and the tools are real.

What happened
Okta remains the cleanest identity platform we evaluated and the integration catalogue saves real engineering time. We were customers through the October 2023 support-system breach, and while our tenant was not affected, the episode changed how we work with them: HAR files are sanitised before they go anywhere near a support case, and admin sessions are bound to managed devices. Their published follow-up was more detailed than the industry norm, which is worth something.
Worked well
Integration catalogue is unmatched. Lifecycle management works. Documentation is genuinely good.
Did not
Pricing per feature adds up quickly. Some administrative tasks still need the classic console. Support quality varies by tier.
