What happened
Central makes a two-person team feel bigger than it is. Policy is comprehensible, the ransomware protection has held up in tests, and the MDR add-on gave us cover overnight without hiring. Deeper investigation work hits limits compared to the specialist EDR tools, but for our size that trade is right.
Worked well
Central console is genuinely easy. MDR add-on is good value. Ransomware protection tested well.
Did not
Deep investigation is limited compared to specialist EDR. Some agent updates needed reboots we had to schedule.
