What happened
If you need vaulting, session isolation and recording that survives a regulator asking questions, CyberArk is the mature answer. Implementation is a project measured in quarters and you will need either a good partner or dedicated internal skills. Once bedded in it is stable and the audit story is excellent.
Worked well
Depth of PAM capability. Session recording satisfies auditors. Very stable once implemented.
Did not
Implementation is long and needs specialist skills. Licensing is complex. Not a quick win.
