What happened
As an MSSP we needed multi-tenant that actually works, and Singularity gives us clean tenant separation without running separate consoles. Ransomware rollback is not marketing: we used it on a client endpoint in March and restored the workstation in minutes rather than reimaging. The console can be busy and some policy changes need more clicks than they should.
Worked well
Multi-tenancy done properly. Rollback works. Agent is light on older hardware, which matters for our SMB clients.
Did not
Console UX is dense. Some documentation lags the release cycle. Deep Visibility query syntax has a learning curve.
