What happened

We came for DDoS and WAF and ended up moving DNS, Zero Trust access and tunnels there too. The dashboard is fast, the docs are excellent, and changes take effect in seconds rather than a change window. The rules engine can bite: a badly written expression is a very quick way to break production, so treat WAF changes like code.

Worked well

Speed of changes. Documentation quality. Consolidation across DNS, WAF and access.

Did not

Rules can break production fast if you are careless. Support at lower tiers is community-first. Enterprise pricing is a jump.
