What happened
For SMB clients where a full EDR plus SOC is unaffordable, Huntress gives us persistence detection and a human triage layer at a price the client will actually approve. The reports are readable by a business owner, which closes more deals than any feature. Not a replacement for a full EDR at enterprise scale and it does not pretend to be.
