What happened
Vanta did what it said for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 mapping, and the monitoring genuinely catches drift. Where I would caution is treating the dashboard as the programme: a green screen is not a security posture, and we had to keep a real risk process alongside it.
Worked well
Continuous control monitoring. Multi-framework mapping. Good onboarding.
Did not
Green dashboard can create false comfort. Policy templates need real editing. Cost grows with headcount.
