Automation our analysts build without a developer

What happened
The reason this stuck where a previous SOAR failed is that analysts build their own stories without waiting on an engineer. Phishing triage that took twelve minutes now takes under two. The pricing model is workflow-based which is easier to forecast than per-action, and support has been quick and technical.
Worked well
Analysts build automations themselves. Clear pricing. Fast, technical support.
Did not
Fewer prebuilt integrations than the big SOAR platforms. Complex logic gets visually unwieldy. No native case management.
